He has died but the date and place are unknown.
His wife was Mary Poly Waggoner, who he married in 1840. The place has not been found. Their eleven known children were Fenton (1840-1862), James Mack (1844-?), John Scott (1847-?), Mary (1849-?), Thomas C. (1851-?), Eliza (1853-?), Jesse B. (1858-?), George (1860-?), Cora (1864-?), Fenton II (1866-?) and Francis Edward (1842-?).
