Louisa was born in 1761 in Chester County, Province of Pennsylvania, the daughter of Job Ruston and Elizabeth Budd.
She died in 1819 in Montgomery County, Kentucky, USA.
Her husband was William B Bell. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Patterson (1789-1854).
