Molley was born in 1752 in Pittsylvania, Colony of Virginia, British Colonial America, the daughter of Thomas Averleigh Mustain and Mary Ann or Avery Haley.
She has died but the date and place are unknown.
Her husband was John Patterson, who she married in 30 JUN 1794. The place has not been found. Their only known child was James Mustain (1802-1869).
