Charles LeRoy Osborn, 82, passed from this life on May 28, 2012 in Collinsville, OKlahoma. Charles was born on August 9, 1929 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Clarence A. and Ethel (Gibbons) Osborn. Charles was a veteran of the U.S. Army during WWII and was stationed in France towards the end of the war. He was a carpenter. Charles was preceded in death by his loving wife, Rose (Miles) Osborn; parents; brother, Richard Osborn; sister, Lena Osborn Hinshaw. He is survived by his loving brother, Clarence Edward Osborn and wife, Sharon; sister-in-law Billie Dee Osborn; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be 2:00-9:00 PM Thursday, May 31, 2012 Floral Haven Funeral Home with a graveside service being held 1;00 PM Friday, June 1, 2012 at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
