She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. They had no known children.
Her second husband was Richard Graves, who she married in 23 NOV 1833. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Randolph (1836-1921), Noah (1838-?), Hillery (1848-?) and Elkanah (1849-1920).

Richard and Agnes moved before 1836 to Montgomery Co., IN. The family settled in Scott Twp., Montgomery Co., IN. Agnes and Richard apparently divorced between 1860 and 1870. When the Atlas of Montgomery County, Indiana was printed in 1878, Agnes and her son John lived on the family farm. Agnes was listed as Agnes “Granes” on the Family Search (LDS) 1880 United States Census and National Index living in Clark, Montgomery Co., IN. She was a 60-year old divorcée, born about 1820, still living with her widowed son, John. Richard married second Sarah A. Bryant on 4 Oct. 1867 in Clay Co., IN. Sarah was born about 1845 in Indiana; her parents were born in NC. They were recorded in the 1870 and 1880 censuses in Clark, Montgomery Co., IN.
